Below are the detailed guidelines for collaborating with us through Link Exchanges and Guest Posting.
1. Link Exchange Collaborations
To assess the potential for a mutually beneficial partnership, please share a list of domains where you can provide backlink placements. We are particularly interested in backlinks within the SaaS niche.

General Link Placement Guidelines
- Link Limit per Paragraph: We allow a maximum of 3 links per paragraph.
- Permissible Link Types: We accept links to blog pages only. Links to service pages or home pages are not permitted on a 1:1 basis. If you require links from other types of pages, please let us know in advance, as this may be negotiable at a 3:2 ratio.
- Anchor Text Requirements: Branded anchor texts are not permitted. Anchor texts must not exceed 4 words.
- Intro: We do not allow link insertion in the introductory sections. If it is necessary, we may allow it under a 2:1 ratio.
- Guest Posts: Please email us about your topic, title, and your main content.
- Link Formatting: Naked URLs are not allowed; all links should be properly formatted with relevant anchor texts.
- Listicle Placement: New listings in listicle articles will be accepted based on an equivalent position exchange (e.g., top position for top position, 5th spot for 5th spot). However, this may vary depending on the article’s nature; specifically, sponsored articles may present challenges for placing tools near the top.
- Restrictions on Titles/Subtitles: We do not add links in the title or subtitle of articles.
- Text Edits: Minimal text edits are allowed (50-70 words max). For listicles, please consult with us first regarding any changes.
- Link Removal: If we notice that any of our links are missing or have been removed, we will temporarily remove the return link from our end. We will then notify you about the issue, and once our link is live again, we will restore your link as well.
Backlink Quality Requirements
The target site for backlinks should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Domain Rating (DR) of 60 / SEMrush Authority Score (AS) of 45+ / Spam Score of less than 10 on Moz
- At least 2,000 average monthly traffic ( US/ Europe/ NZ/AU/CA)
- More than 500 referring domains
- SAAS-related sites are preferred.
- Competitor Backlink Exchanges: Backlinks for competitors are allowed only through blog-to-blog exchanges. If the competitor is a primary competitor, their DR should be less than 25.
Caution
Please note that we do not accept niches like casino, CBD oil, dating, or adult-related content.

- SEO Strategies: Technical SEO, link building, and latest algorithm updates.

Content Standards
To maintain the high authority of our platform, every guest post must meet these standards:
- Originality: 100% unique. We do not accept republished or plagiarized content.
- Length: We prefer deep dives. Articles should be 1,500+ words on average.
- Structure: Use a clear hierarchy (H2, H3, H4), short paragraphs (max 4 lines), and bullet points for readability.
- Value-Driven: Avoid generic “fluff.” Back your claims with data, case studies, or real-world examples.
- Tone: Professional yet friendly. Think of it as an expert talking to a peer.
- Visuals: Include at least 3 high-resolution images, screenshots, or infographics. Ensure you have the rights to use them.
Linking Policy
- External Links: You may include one do-follow link to your website, provided it is inserted naturally within the content (no direct promotion).
- Internal Links: Please include at least 2-3 internal links to existing articles on PieLab.io or Secomapp.com to help with SEO.
- Authority Links: Credit all data sources by linking to reputable sites. Avoid data older than 3 years.
Submission Process
- Step 1: Pitching: Send your topic ideas, target keywords, and a short outline to [email protected] (Subject: Guest Post Pitch).
- Step 2: Portfolio: Include at least 3 links to your previously published work.
- Step 3: Draft: Once approved, send the draft via Google Docs with “Anywhere with the link can edit” access.
- Step 4: Review: Our editorial team will review the draft. We may request edits to align with our brand voice.
Important Notes
- AI Content: While we love AI, we do not accept raw AI-generated text. Content must be heavily edited and human-vetted for accuracy and personality.
- No Clickbait: Keep titles engaging but honest. Provide at least 3 title options.
- The “ABC” Model: As we focus on mutual growth, we prioritize partners who can offer a guest post exchange on their own platform.
